This is cool

When I type in a big site name like yahoo.com or google.com, the browser automatically switches it to the Irish version like google.ie. Then I have an option to search only Irish websites or search in Gaelic. Also, Yahoo puts up only news stories from the U.K. That is pretty neat.

I went to a pub last night called The Kings Head. My first drink in Ireland was a pint of Guinness which I will not drink again. I did not like it very much. Then I had a cider drink which was very good. We got our hands stamped to go to a night club for free so we did. It was crazy but it was fun.

Everybody I have met so far is extremely friendly and nice. We ended up meeting with everybody from St. Joe's at the club so it was a nice little reunion. Today I am going on a campus tour. I don't know what else is going on today, but tomorrow orientation begins. Have a nice day!

P.S. I did not take any pictures last night (bad life decision) so I will post another of my apartment, haha.This is the room Molly and I share. My bed is the one with more stuff on it and clearly I hadn't finished unpacking when I decided to take pictures. It is a small bedroom, but the rest of the apartment is spacious so it does not really matter. Plus, there is pretty good cabinet/closet space.
